All flight-inclusive packages fly direct from London Luton and stay at the 5* Al-Gewan Hotel. Express (No Flights) includes everything in Express except flights and airport transfers. Marathon Only is £150 (flights, hotel, transport & visa not included).HOTEL CHECK IN/OUT TIMES: Hotel check in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is at 11am on the day of your departure.Room basis is subject to availability at time of payment.

Signature & Supporters Team fly out

Signature and Supporters Team guests fly EasyJet from Luton at 09:30, landing at Sphinx Airport at 16:35.

FRI 11 DEC

5K & 10K day · Express & Classic fly out

The 5K and 10K runs take place today. Express and Classic guests fly Wizz Air from Luton at 14:05, landing at Sphinx Airport at 21:10.

SAT 12 DEC

Pyramids Half Marathon

Team SOL heads to the start line to take on the Half Marathon, with the Pyramids as the backdrop.

SUN 13 DEC

Express & Supporters Team: return to London

Express and Supporters Team guests fly home on Wizz Air at 21:45, landing at Luton at 01:00 on Monday.

MON 14 DEC

Classic & Signature: return to London

Classic and Signature guests fly home on Wizz Air at 21:45, landing at Luton at 01:00 on Tuesday.

Visa included

Your Egypt entry visa is included in every package except Marathon Only - Save One Life arranges it for you using the passport documents you upload. Marathon Only participants must arrange their own visa. No refunds are possible if a visa is refused or you are unable to travel.

Passport documents

When you register, upload a copy of your passport and a passport-style photo. They are stored securely and used only for visa and travel arrangements.

Horse riding included

Every package except Marathon Only includes a horse riding experience alongside the team meal.
